1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or sending an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply alongside the written quotation or order confirmation issued by Genetrix Natura Eco Products Pvt Ltd.

2. About this website

This website presents our product range for business buyers. It is an enquiry platform only: it does not accept online payments, and no prices shown in discussions or catalogues constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a written quotation.

3. Enquiries and quotations

• Every requirement is quoted individually based on material, size, printing, quantity and delivery location.
• Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change if specifications, quantities or delivery timelines change after the quotation is issued.
• Minimum order quantities apply and are confirmed in the quotation.

4. Artwork, proofs and printing

• You confirm that you own or are authorised to use any logo, artwork or trademark supplied to us.
• A digital proof or sample approval is required before bulk production begins.
• Once a proof is approved, colour variations of up to 10% may occur between print runs and between screens and printed output. This is normal in the printing process.

5. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed only when we issue a written order confirmation and receive the agreed advance.
• Standard payment terms are an advance with the balance before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing Indian regulations.

6. Production and delivery

• Standard production time is 7 to 12 working days from artwork approval, depending on quantity and material.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by transport, weather, strikes or events beyond our control do not entitle the buyer to compensation.
• Risk in the goods passes on dispatch. Please inspect the consignment on arrival and report shortages or damage within 48 hours.

7. Returns and defective goods

• Customised and printed goods cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.
• If a consignment is materially different from the approved sample or proof, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and batch details.
• Verified manufacturing defects are replaced or credited at our discretion. Goods must not be used or altered before inspection.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, product designs and the Genetrix Natura name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, submit false enquiries, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools that place unreasonable load on our servers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your enquiry or order applies.
